The issue has been mitigated.
We identified the root cause as a change made by our domain provider. The DNS servers for commerce.services—which we use for image hosting—were unexpectedly reset.
The DNS configuration has been restored, and the changes have now propagated to most clients.
In the near future, we will introduce geins.media as the new domain for image hosting for customers who are not using their own domain. We will send out separate information about this change.

Some of our customers currently experience problems with loading images from our image service. We are investigating.
